Kabuto Edomae Sushi

Kabuto is the most unique sushi experience in the city, including the best Las Vegas Boulevard has to offer. It received national recognition in 2012, just a few months after it opened, when Andrew Knowlton, Bon Appetit's restaurant editor, named it as one of his top 50 new restaurants. (Read the 2012 Las Vegas Weekly story.) The Weekly's Brock Radke named Kabuto as No. 14 on his list of the 20 most important restaurants in Las Vegas.
