Morton's menu is a meat-lover's bounty - steaks are all from grain-fed Midwestern beef wet-aged for a few weeks before being broiled at high temperature to retain the meat's natural juices. Fish and seafood entrees also get plenty of attention, with items like Alaskan King Crab legs, yellowfin tuna and Australian lobster tails providing a tasty alternative to steak and potatoes.
