Yolie's Churrascaria House of Meats has been in Las Vegas for almost 30 years. The food is prepared the Brazilian way, marinated in exotic herbs, grilled on skewers over mesquite coals, then served "Rodizio" continuously by a server.
For special occasions there are semi-private rooms that can seat up to 50 people. The atmosphere is elegant, but casual.
