A man is suspected of shooting a man and attempting to rob him Wednesday night in a Big Lots parking lot. Metro Police responded the shooting about 8 p.m. at a Big Lots store on Flamingo Road and Boulder Highway.
A Metro Police SWAT unit shot a man who had barricaded himself inside another person's southern valley home Tuesday night. The man was discovered watching TV in his underwear by the homeowner. Metro's SWAT unit eventually entered the home and shot the man, who was taken to UMC.
