Pay first, then pump. Less than 7 in 10 people in Nevada will pay their bills, even when they have the money. On another note however, banks also made a commitment to a 10, 20, 30 year payment schedule. Their dumping of toxic loans that THEY acquired should have been addressed very early on.

This is the result of pumping, bailouts and dumping, deadbeats had very little to do with this. The fraud is from people that had money in banking investments, bailed out by taxpayers and now picking up free real estate and other valuable assets. Had the government not bailed these crooks out they would not be dumping. This is the most incompetent group of elected officials ever on this planet.
