What is the square footage size of the building lots or what is the price per square foot for these building lots? From what I see the average size finished building lot is 4,000 sqft ($12.50per square foot) but to get that price you must buy the entire block. Never in my life have I seen so much misinformation being printed. I wouldn't even think about buying or building on a lot of less than 20,000'.
