How about Nevada Giving Homeowners a Bid Fat Solar Credit for Installing Solar, or possibly doing like Berkeley, CA where you install a Solar Grid at No Upfront Charge, then the county places a 20 year low tax Solar payment against your Property Tax Bill and thereby lowers you Electric Bill Immediately with equal payment spread out among the property owners over the next 20 years - locking in your Power Bill.

As the Rest of the World Economy is Slowing From the Austerity Measures from Right-Wing Politicians, Mr. Wynn is pushing the Same Type of Policies with his Republican Friends Here. I guess he's getting Too Old for Critical Thinking.

NowThat's what's Called Job Growth In Las Vegas. More Employees with inadequate Salaries and Health Care that Walmart is more than happy to help fill out Public Assistance Forms.

To Finish the Beltway would be a Great addition for Las Vegas and then designate the entire Beltway as part of the Interstate system to qualify for Federal Funds. Please add two additional Truck Lanes on the section that is passing by, to keep Drivers and Trucks separated.

Right now the VA hospital is a major slog for Henderson Residents, plus this would also open the Speedway area and help with the Miles of Delays during Major Events. Can you Imagine dumping Thousands of additional Trucks on Hwy 95 that are only passing through - It would be a disaster.

What Has worked is a Great Wolf Lodge - like the one at Lowe's Motor Speedway in Charlotte. It's a Large Indoor Water Park that is available Only to Hotel Guests. It's a Destination by Itself and No Gaming is Necessary to support the Hotel. Las Vegas is Ready for a Large Indoor Water Park, since our weather is usually Blistering Hot or too Cool to go swimming outdoors. Off-Strip Casinos needs lots of rooftops and access - of which the Speedway area has neither. Even the "Beltway" dies there instead of connecting with Henderson.

Flightlinez has learned a Valuable Lesson in Business. In Contract negotiations hire a Good Business Experienced Lawyer to protect yourself, it's really hard to feel sorry for them. If the Fremont Experience takes over - they should be pressured to Donate to the Community as Flightlinez does. Since Public Funding is responsible for the Business turnaround of this district, the public deserves a part of the profits are invested back into the community.

Washington DC turned a Horror of a Neighborhood around with their New Nationals Stadium. They were also smart enough to Build a Subway Stop for the Regions 5 Million Plus Population. Las Vegas would need an Indoor Stadium, usable Mass transit to keep from having a Stadium Surrounded by Parking Lots ( that generate No Revenue outside of the Stadium Itself). In a place like Main Street North of Hwy 95.

As for Denver they also built an Arena, a Football Stadium, and an Indoor Zoo/Aquarium in Downtown Plus they Had Six Flags.
They have Synergy- something all the little fiefdoms of Political Gamesmanship in the Las Vegas area will NEVER accomplish.

I hope the Power for the Trains comes from Solar and Wind Electricity. So when Gas and Jet Fuel Prices reach 20 Dollars a Gallon - these Guys will Look Like Geniuses.

Trains Must be High Speed and Should be Subsidized - Maybe we can take the Oil Companies Subsidies and Re-Direct them Here. Or Ethanol manufacturers for that matter. Anyone that is over 60 will have to travel to the rest of the World to see what a high speed Train Network looks like - for the Conservatives would take us back Before Cars (Remember they did try to kill the Auto Indutry in America).
I-11 Should go from Mexico to the Canadian Border at Vancouver - with a Tunnel (Built By SPAIN, Instead of Corrupt American Construction Companies) through the Sierras to make San Francisco a Six Hour Drive. Plus while they are at it, Train Bridges and Tunnels should be Built with the New Infastructure System.
Construction Cost currently are Very Low - So why not do it NOW, or would we rather give another Tax Cut to Billionaires instead of putting Americans to work and paying taxes?

The Ever increasing Fare Hikes for Domestic Airlines will change Americans travel habits to include fewer flights. The Entire Flying Experience is Miserable and many people attempt to avoid American Carriers and travel overseas or go Cruising out of a driveable Home Port. Building a High Speed Train to Los Angeles and Phoenix in addition to courting International Package Deal Visitors will be one way to keep tourists coming.
