Bad cops, dumb, criminally minded local lowlifes and a town that wouldn't exist without gambling.

Oh yeah, it's hot and it's a desert.

Last time I was there, it seemed like the criminals ran the place. I wouldn't move a corporation there.

The high amount of crime, and sorry police force that is only concerned with chasing after illegal water bottle vendors on the strip are some reasons Vegas is having problems. The criminals own this city, and more are moving in every day. That's why no real businesses want to come here.

It seems like the less educated the members of a union are, the worse it is.

Some of these people need to realize that you're not going to get six figures for manual labor.

They also like to make the argument that if CEOs can get paid so much, why can't they? There's a reason, and that's because they have power and rip off the average worker to do so. If they were smart, they would demand a reasonable wage in exchange of productive labor. Nope, they take things so far into the extreme that the companies have no choice but to go to a foreign country.

If they were educated, they wouldn't pull this stunt.

Las Vegas really went overboard with the high-end market. It's ridiculous, what, did they think money grew on trees?

When the economy comes back? I hear a lot of people say that.

Get real, our politicians and the bankers have destroyed this country! Do you know how much ridiculous bad debt is out there? Unless America changes its ways, it is going to get MUCH worse. I think we are beyond the point of no return.

Our economy is a fraud. We are not the world's greatest superpower. We are a house of cards built on ridiculous credit.

All of this shows that big business only cares about socialism when it comes to funding their own pet projects.

I hope the average Republican is paying attention.
