Love how the Palms won't comment on pending litigation when they are being sued, but if they are suing someone it's loose lips and tarnishing the defendants name in the media.

Also, I don't doubt that the Palms is preemptively retaliating. The managers at this property have been in the hot seat before for sexual harassment. Terrible PR move on the Palms behalf, instead of quietly settling the case, they involved the media.

The Harmon could have and should have been taken down years ago. Everyone knows it's structurally unsound. To do more investigating is only delaying the inevitable.

CityCenter is not an ideal fit for Vegas. It's a pretty building but it stands for nothing. Visitors want outlandish and atypical, not this boring office park complex. Dubai should have taken it.

The handbooks of many casino jobs usually state you are not paid for changing into your uniform. I can't see paying an employee for changing into a uniform, but I understand that I'm on property while doing it so I should be compensated for my time. This is no different than showing up for a team meeting.
