  1. Sounds like typical Realtor "Boosterism". If you look at the Real Numbers Though a 10% Annual decline should not be ignored. Could you Imagine what this guy would say if it were an Increase.
    The Only Responsibility of a Realtor is to bring a Buyer and Seller together to agree on a price. To think a Realtor (even Broker) is an Economist and can spot trends has not worked well in several years and there is no reason the believe it's about to start.
    Use old Tried and True Formulas and keep the Snakeoil Salesman at bay.
