Local business owners are wondering why Governor Sandoval does not have a plan in place to give bidding preference to local companies.

My landscaping company ( http://www.artificialgrasslasvegasnevada... ) has been serving Las Vegas for years. We know the people and our community. There should be policies in place to have a plan in place to give bidding preference to local companies.
