My daughter is Jessie Foster. Jessie was taken to Las Vegas from Canada on May 13, 2005. On March 29, 2006 she disappeared. We hired a PI who discovered that Jessie was beaten & hospitalized and forced to work for an escort agency & arrested for prostitution. It was when she was planning on coming back to Canada for a family wedding that she went missing.
JESSIE IS AN INTERNATIONAL ENDANGERED MISSING WOMAN & THE VICTIM OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING.
Jessie is Canada's most well-known case of human trafficking, but sadly for her and for us, Detective Dave Molnar of the North Las Vegas police department, the officer on her case, does not believe that pimping & prostitution happens in HIS CITY. Even though the person who is known to be the pimp that beat my daughter & forced her into prostitution is KNOWN to the Metro Police as a pimp!! This officer marks my emails as spam and refuses to return my calls & emails. This is how the lead detective on Jessie's case treats her & her family. With NO respect & with no thought to how it affects us or how it affects Jessie's case.
