Lobster lovers rejoice.
Lobster Me opened a new location at the Venetian late last month.
Also around town, Binion’s opened a watering hole with a western theme. Meanwhile, a real estate office sets up shop, a new taco bar promises authentic Mexican food and two Target locations are officially shuttering.
Lobster Me opened a new shop April 24.
The 947-square-foot location within the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian offers menu items such as the Báhn Me, a roll with chilled lobster meat, Vietnamese ginger-lemongrass aioli and sweet pickled veggies.
Lobster Me operates a food truck as well as a location in the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood. The Venetian location will be open from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 9 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday.
Cowgirl Up Cantina
Outdoor bar Cowgirl Up Cantina opened April 16.
The 200-square-foot space at Binion’s sells drinks only and offers a special seating option with some chairs made from saddles. The bar is located near the Cowgirl Pit, where female dealers don cowgirl-inspired attire.
Martinez Taco Bar
Martinez Taco Bar launched Wednesday in North Las Vegas.
The eatery, located at 6885 Aliante Parkway, Suite 6, offers burritos, tacos and more menu items inspired by Southern California and Mexican favorites.
The décor offers a Dia de los Muertos theme, honoring the Mexican "Day of the Dead" holiday.
Martinez Taco Bar is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.
Keller Williams Southern Nevada
Keller Williams Southern Nevada opened its new office April 30 on Eastern Avenue.
The 15,000-square-foot location hosts more than 140 real estate agents and includes a 100-seat training room and video blogging room.
Retailer Target shut down two locations Saturday.
The closure of the stores at 278 S. Decatur Blvd., Las Vegas, and 2189 W. Craig Road, North Las Vegas, was announced in January.
A spokesperson attributed the closures to the stores’ financial performance.
