A tactical apparel shop and cosmetic store opened this month. A California chain brings a burger joint to town this week, and the District at Green Valley Ranch adds its 21st and 22nd tenants in the coming months.
But the valley also loses three neighborhood markets after they failed to increase revenue.

Las Vegas welcomed tactical apparel and gear store 5.11 Tactical, which serves public safety professionals and tactical enthusiasts alike, on Friday. The 5,500-square-foot store will feature top-of-the line tactical clothing, apparel and accessories for men and women.
Hours: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday-Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays

Milan-based global cosmetic company Kiko Milano, which has over 650 stores worldwide, opened its first West Coast flagship at the Fashion Show mall on Aug. 4. Guests will be able to browse through over 1,200 premium makeup, skincare and accessories — all of which are trendy and affordable.
Mall hours: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday-Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday

The burger-centered fast-casual Habit Burger Grill, a chain based in California, comes to Las Vegas on Wednesday. “We are excited about introducing our signature charburgers and friendly service to locals and tourists alike, including our Habit Burger fans who have been anxiously awaiting our arrival,” Charlotte Lucich, director of marketing of the Habit BurgerGrill, said. All menu items are made to order, custom-built and habit-forming, according to the restaurant.

Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works
The District at Green Valley Ranch will soon welcome two new businesses, the 21st and 22nd tenants in the shopping and dining complex.
“Over the last several years, Vestar has made a significant investment in the District at Green Valley Ranch and is pleased that we are attracting new, high-profile retailer brands to further enhance the customer experience and draw to this prime retail destination,” R. Patrick McGinley, president of management services at Vestar, said.
Victoria’s Secret, known for their women’s lingerie, loungewear and beauty products, will open a 7,852-square-foot store in October. Bath & Body Works will begin selling their body care, home fragrance and beauty products when the 2,849-square-foot store opens in January 2016.

Three eastern valley locations of Fresh & Easy are set to close after attempts to increase revenue have failed. The stores located at Nellis Boulevard and Desert Inn Road, Tropicana Avenue and Nellis Boulevard, and Charleston Boulevard and Sloan Lane are among about 50 stores in California, Arizona and Nevada that are set to close.
