Casanova

Chef Daniele Dotti, a Venice native, has created an eclectic menu that captures the flavors, traditional recipes and fresh ingredients you would find on the Italian coast of the Mediterranean Sea. Guests are just a few feet away from the Italian gondolas in the Grand Canal Shoppes and can choose from a menu that includes sea bass and pasta selections, such as linguine mare nostrum with a variety of seafood and fresh tomato, or fettucine casanova with fresh, homemade pasta and a delicate white sauce.
