Chef Scott Conant brings his modern Italian cuisine to the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas in an elegant restaurant that still maintains its rustic roots.
The Las Vegas Weekly's staff has named Scarpetta's Short Rib Agnolotti as the Best Plate of Pasta in the Las Vegas Valley: "Short rib and bone marrow-stuffed pockets served in a horseradish brown butter sauce provide sharpness, nuttiness and richness with each bite. Finished with toasted bread crumbs for texture, the dish is simply sublime."
Scarpetta is listed in the book “Eating Las Vegas 2013: The 50 Essential Restaurants.”
