A company that sells casino show tickets and books sightseeing tours on the Las Vegas Strip sued a competitor Tuesday, claiming it hired away workers and stole trade secrets.
The suit was filed in Clark County District Court by One Stop Ticket and Tour Shop Inc. against Adventures International LLC.
Attorneys for One Stop charged in the suit that the company, which has 10 marketing locations in Las Vegas, was harmed recently when Adventures International hired away some former employees who had signed confidentiality agreements with One Stop.
"Defendant’s employment of plaintiff’s former employees and use of plaintiff’s pricing strategies to undercut plaintiff’s sales is a misappropriation of plaintiff’s trade secrets," said the suit, filed by attorneys with the Las Vegas law firm Santoro, Driggs, Walch, Kearney, Holley & Thompson.
Messages for comment were left with Adventures International, which is licensed by Clark County for three locations on the Strip. Those addresses are near Circus Circus to the north and Hawaiian Marketplace to the south.
