Fifth Street Gaming, which has casinos in downtown Las Vegas and North Las Vegas, said Monday it's taking over gaming operations at two Siegel Group properties. The deals include the 112-room Gold Spike hotel-casino downtown and Siegel Slots and Suites at 5011 East Craig Road, near Nellis Boulevard.
