Konami Gaming has broken ground on a $40 million expansion of its Las Vegas facilities.
The gaming manufacturer’s current Bermuda Road facility is 160,000 square feet, and the expansion will more than double the operation, adding 200,000 square feet of space.
The expansion will allow the company to house its research, development, manufacturing and administration offices in one location.
Konami expects to add 500 employees to its daily operation when construction crews complete the expansion.
